Our Service Manager and Team Leader with over 15 years of service experience. He is a Sundance Spas and Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Factory Certified Master Technician and Technical Trainer. Justin works primarily in our East Bay territory but he also supports the entire service tech team in all of our Bay Area regions. Justin is an expert on Sundance Spas, Jacuzzi Hot tubs, and Nordic Spas.
Mario:
A Sundance Spas and Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Factory Certified Technician has many years of technical experience with Sundance, Jacuzzi, and Nordic Spas. Mario covers San Francisco, Marin, and Napa County. His diagnostic skills sets him apart from other technicians in the country; if there’s a problem with your spa he will find it and correct it in a snap.
Jody:
Is a Sundance Spas and Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Factory Certified Technician who works the Mid-Peninsula and South Bay regions. In addition to his Master Service Technician duties, Jody is also a Technician Trainer. This job comes easy to Jody because he has the “fix it gene”. He loves to repair Sundance, Jacuzzi, and Nordic Spas.
Jeff:
Is a Factory Certified Spa Technician and truly a “Jack of all trades”. Jeff has worked as an aircraft mechanic, truck mechanic, building engineer, and telecommunications specialist. He lives in Capitola and services our South Bay Territory; Capitola, Santa Cruz, Monterey, and the surrounding communities.
Dan:
Is a Factory Certified Jacuzzi spa technician. He came to us with many years of experience working for a Jacuzzi dealership out of the bay area. When he moved to the South Bay he applied for a job with Paradise Valley Spas. We were impressed by his enthusiasm, his strong work ethic and his considerable experience with Jacuzzi spas. We are happy to have him on the team. His strong diagnostic skills and experience will serve him well in the south bay; our second largest territory.
