We try to process every order correctly, but we are human. If you are not completely satisfied, tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will help you arrange for return of the item(s), and a refund of your money. Or, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge.

Shipping Information

• Shipping and handling fees are based on weight. The Shipping fee for the first five pounds is $5.00. Add $1.00 per pound thereafter.
• Shipping for Cover Lifters is an additional $10.00 per item.
• For filter orders, we have provided a matrix to help you pick the right filter. Look for the words "click here to find a filter for your spa" look for your spa on the matrix and you will find the correct filter.
• Online orders are secure. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover/Novus.
• Items shipped within California are taxed at 8.25%.

How To Use This Site

The order process is easy. Here are a few hints that may help when ordering on-line:

• Select brand of chemicals or the category of accessories from the list at the bottom of this page
• To purchase a product, simply find the product you would like to purchase, enter the quantity and click the "add to cart" button.
• If you would like to purchase more products, click "Continue Shopping" on the Shopping Cart Contents screen.
• Many of the accessories come in a variety of color choices. Be sure to select the color before you click the "add to cart" button.
