Hot Tub Service
As mentioned above, hot tub water sanitation is of paramount importance during the Coronavirus crisis. For those customers who haven’t used their hot tub in a while and have recently realized that it isn’t operational, you may contact us by calling (800) 664-5693. You may also submit an online request here. Utilizing one of our brand-certified hot tub technicians will not violate the social distancing measure in place.
Our technicians go straight from their vehicle to your hot tub which is most commonly in a backyard. You’ll never come in close contact with the technician repairing your spa. If you have any questions or concerns about the technician completing your service, you can call your technician directly or allow us to relay the message to the technician for you. Your safety is our number 1 priority!
For those of you utilizing our weekly hot tub and swim spa maintenance service, we will continue keeping your hot tub completely sanitized. Once again, the weekly service of your hot tub or swim spa isn’t a violation of the social distancing protocol put in place.
