Bought a R6L because the engineering and leak guarantee appealed to me. I am not facing my third leak in 3 years (2 in the first year, 1 in the third). The first 2 leaks were both around faulty mini POL housings / LED lights underwater. The dealer told us these were known fault parts that crack easily at the threads. There were supposed to replace them all, but either did not or the replacements were bad. We have at least 2 lights out now and believe the new slow leak is from one of them. The last ‘repair’ meant a bunch of the under insulation is ripped out so we lose that efficiency. 🙁

I have had 2 other hot tubs before my bullfrog. My next one will be a bullfrog for sure! No problems and easy to maintain.

I love the tub, the jet packs, the filters. I can’t stand the APP. I chose this tub because of the wifi convenience but it never works. If I’m on my own wifi network with my phone then I can connect 60% of the time. If I’m away from my house on a data network it works about 1% of the time and that 1% is only for a couple hours after I do a power reset on the tub.

We love our Bullfrog and use it sometimes twice a day. We also love the jet-paks and the ability to move them around. That being said, we did have some trouble with warranty work when our control panel failed shortly after getting it (it took a while). Lastly, it is disappointing that we can’t order a new jet-pak through the company since we get our filters direct and also purchased the hot tub direct.

Enjoy our spa all year long. The control pad did wear out during the warranty period. The dealer that we bought it from arranged for a new control pad. Appreciated that. The temperature adjustments are not easy to change or set. My college age son even had problems with this. Otherwise enjoy the spa alot. Like the deeper depth of spa.

We were excited to have a Bullfrog Spa. Size and color was great; Seat Packs had a great variety to pick from. We were however disappointed that the power is not there unless we turn some of the seat jets down. After having a Cal Spa there was quite a difference in the output of water for muscle therapy.

I just spent over $1k to replace the main circuit board on this spa which had completely “fried” on me. Since your design of the system prevents easy access to repair anything, the labor alone was intense and it required me to replace the control panel at the same time. I do not feel that this represents a good product and design and I now wish that I had purchased another one that I had been comparing this one too. I have not had this Spa long enough for this to happen. You are receiving this rating because of these expensive issues I just experienced.

Are you serious? Bought this hot tub back in 2013. I have no idea why you are just now sending me this. Okay, don’t like the lack of filter availability, don’t like the fade on the head supports, don’t like the lights that fail, don’t like the control panel buttons which fail. I will never buy another bullfrog again.

We have had our spa for a few years now and have had no problems whatsoever. We use it year round with some really cold January Wisconsin days and the spa stays nice and warm. It’s like enjoying a summer day outside in a pool in the middle of winter!
